Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our Print-on-Demand business model, every item is uniquely made specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we only offer returns or exchanges if the item you received is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic proof of the defect or damage. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Please review our sizing charts carefully before purchasing, as we cannot offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues due to the made-to-order nature of our garments.
Cancellations
Because orders are automatically sent to our printing partners, cancellations must be requested within 12 hours (or before the order enters the printing process). Once an order has entered the printing process, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
Refunds
If your return request for a damaged or defective item is approved and a replacement is not possible, we will initiate a refund. Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
